Pretty much explains itself, right?
Let’s dive a little deeper in shall we?
Definition of a To Do List is a list of task that NEEDS to be completed before the end of the day or week or month.
No, not really.
How many of you have made a To Do List the night before ready to tackle in the morning to come? I know I have. BUT when that next day comes and you go back to look at the list you feel… overwhelmed a bit? All you want to do is to lay down and take a nap or binge watch Netflix.
Now, the meaning of a Goal List is something that you WANT to accomplish.
Do you see where I’m going here? Okay, stay with me!
It only takes one change in your mindset to keep moving forward with your life.
In 2018, change your To Do List to Goal List. I believe it will change your mindset and how you complete your daily /weekly/monthly tasks.
“Franny, How do you know this?” You ask.
Well lemme tell you. I personally have did this in 2017. It really made me more motivated to finish my tasks other than half-assing it all and feeling horrible at the end of the day. I will carry this method on into 2018 but turn it up a notch.
Your goal list can be anything!
Goal List for 1/1/18
~Read 1 chapter in “Insert current book here”
~Go to store
~Watch movie with family
You get the point, right?
What I’m trying to say is, it doesn’t matter what you are doing for your day or week. Whether it be taking care of the house and family and then later working towards your dreams. If you change it to a Goal List you are most likely wanting to complete everything on it. No matter how small or big. Whatever you see fit for that moment in time 🙂
And remember, reward yourself and start all over again the next day. It gets easier each day. The old saying is you must do something for 21 days before it becomes natural almost as natural as breathing. 😉

Only you are in control of your destiny, no one else is. Are you on the right path to where you want to be in the future? No, than change your path. It’s never too late to press reset on your life.
